Shipping

Our shipping operation links us with some of the planet’s most recognizable brands. We closely liaise with third-party logistics companies to ensure our products are shipped on time. Our shipping team also oversees the import of raw materials, machinery and equipment from all over the world. This is all achieved using cost-effective and efficient methods. We expect our Shipping personnel to have a robust knowledge of all associated customs and freight-forwarding regulations. They must also competently handle inbound and outbound delivery documentation.

Digitalization

Style Textile’s digitalization team is tasked with transforming the organization into an end to end, lean and autonomous enterprise by implementing industry 4.0, IIOT and future technologies. Our forward-thinking and data centric culture drives us to acquire the latest technologies and implores our team members to use these advancements innovatively. These state-of-the-art resources are used to maintain pace with an ever-changing global technology landscape.

ICT

The ICT team at Style plays a pivotal role in delivering value for the business and supporting organizational transformation. The team is actively engaged in designing, implementing and optimizing new systems to achieve operational excellence. They anticipate and maintain a vision for the future technology needs at Style, and recommend strategies, priorities, and projects that will best achieve the Company’s strategic goals and objectives.

Finance

Style’s Finance team has a fundamental role in making informed financial decisions for Company’s internal and external affairs. The team establishes and monitors financial strategic goals on a coordinated, integrated basis, thus enabling the Company to operate efficiently and effectively. They are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the Company’s financial reporting, and ensuring that internal financial controls are reviewed periodically for conformance to accounting and financial standards and applicable regulations.

Internal Audit Functional

The Internal Audit team at Style provides a reasonable balance between assurance and advisory work. The team identifies company-wide cost efficiencies, provides strategic insights that improve business performance and key insights that focus on the risks that matter. They are tasked with promoting the corporate culture of continuous improvement and principled performance, enabling the Company to move more quickly and take advantage of opportunities.

Sustainability

Style recognizes sustainability as a strategic priority and has designed its organizational structure in a way that treats sustainability as a material business issue. At Style, the Sustainability Team is empowered to engage proactively and strategically for creating measurable business impact. The team’s mandate is to incubate new sustainability ideas and integrate sustainability initiatives across the company.

Human Resource

Civil Engineering

Knitting

Knitting is the transformation of yarn into fabric by using highly specialized machinery and technical skills. Processing

The Processing department transforms Greige fabric into sustainable, wearable, trend aligned fabric in compliance with the industry’s most stringent quality framework. At Style, technology is a major factor influencing the Processing function. Equipped with latest machines and state-of-the-art facilities, the very capable technical team of Processing produces nothing short of wonders in the industry.

Material Resource Planning

The expert MRP team of Style translates master schedule requirements for finished goods into time-phased requirements for raw materials, components, parts, and sub-assemblies. The team’s well-planned systematic approach ensures optimum utilization of Company resources with complete accuracy and efficiency.

Cutting

At Style, Cutting is not merely a function, rather an art. Here, every piece of fabric is cut to perfection. From pattern making to yield, Style’s Cutting team creates its mark of elegance, sophistication and excellence through technological advancement, intellect and talent.

Supply Chain

The Supply Chain team has been instrumental for Style in achieving sustainable competitive advantage. From storage of materials needed to create a product to keeping track of finished goods to who they go to, our Supply Chain team plays a pivotal role in building forward momentum for the Company in a vertically integrated fashion.

Garment/Apparel

From preliminary product analysis to final quality check for each garment, the Apparel Manufacturing department at Style operates in a harmonious and well-aligned fashion. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, highly trained staff and advanced IOT based machinery, the team produces the highest quality stitched garment fulfilling client’s quality expectations – and undoubtedly, they “do it with class”.

Technical Assurance

The Technical Assurance team of Style is tasked to enforce continuous improvement philosophy across all the functions of the Company. The team acts as objective consultants to the Company, advising on how to improve the processes in a timely and effective manner. This, in turn, results in well designed and robust internal controls.

Embellishment (Printing and Embroidery)

Production Planning and control

Our dynamic PPC team always remains in a fluid state to timely cope with ever-changing and evolving business requirements. The team is tasked with effectively routing the work tasks, efficiently managing the spatial relationship between available Company resources, and developing end-to-end implementation plans. The PPC team keeps a watchful eye on the production flow by utilizing different types of control techniques to achieve optimum performance out of the production system.

Industrial Engineering

From machine setup, line balancing and production target calculation to measuring an individual operator’s performance, Style’s IE team serves as the backbone of end-to-end production. Their acumen, experience and refined skillset enables Style to utilize minimum resources to get maximum profit. Their genius at applied sciences, mathematics and multifarious engineering methods is the key to continuous improvement and innovation at Style.

Graduate Trainee Program

This is one year program with below Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresh Graduates who have successfully completed an undergraduate Program (Engineering/Hons Program)
• CGPA equivalent to 3 or above
• Technical Knowledge & Allied skills
